AMAZING stay!
helpful staff stylish elements prime location
The staff were SO helpful and friendly. My room had fantastic decorations and stylish elements that I loved!!! Breakfast had a good selection, it was delicious. The location is prime with shopping, historical sites, and nature nearby. I couldn't ask for more.
I noticed the Sunday dinner service closed early, a shame since I wanted to try it.

some issues
broken edging noisy delivery
The shower's plastic edging was broken. the bedroom window didn't close properly, annoyingly. the worst part was a noisy delivery at 7:15 am. Couldn't they control that? i gave up on breakfast after waiting almost an hour. it seemed like they were short-staffed. Someone served food wearing an outdoor coat, which isn't great.

river view perfection!
bubbly arrival unique design river view helpful staff
i received bubbly upon arrival, a great start. the building have an unique design and location by the river is ideal for city exploration. my room feel cozy with views of the river. the staff seemed helpful.
the bathroom fan made noise at night, it kept us awake.

Wonderful Riverside Getaway
welcome drink spacious room superb breakfast
The welcome drink of prosecco on the terrace was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious and well-stocked with everything necessary. I also enjoyed a superb breakfast while watching the swans on the river.
The bathroom fan made a slight knocking noise during the night.
